Provides various functions for programming in the NPR editor

To use:
1) Download NFD.exe.
2) To run every time you log in, add a shortcut to NFD.exe to your Start Menu -> All Programs -> Startup folder.
3) Click on the NFD.exe entry in the system tray to see options and settings.
