Blocks the F11 key unless you press and hold for two seconds

To use:
1) Download F11_Block.exe.
2) To run every time you log in, add a shortcut to F11_Block.exe to your Start Menu -> All Programs -> Startup folder.
3) Simply open F11_Block.exe to start blocking the F11 key. Find the icon in the system tray to exit it.
